This recipe was shared with me by Sharon Provost at one of our many celebrations during the school year. Sharon used to sub as an assistant in my classroom when the regular assistant needed the day off. During this particular school year, Sharon was serving as a long term sub, and she would bring in some amazing yummies to share with the staff.

Preheat Oven 350 degress

Combine and mix with a fork for 1 minute: cake mix, eggs, sour cream and peach filling.

Pour and spread in an ungreased 9x13 baking pan for 25-30 minutes.

Let Cake Cool.

FROSTING: Fold together cream cheese crushed pineapple, dry vanilla pudding, and whip cream.
