Ingredients

  • 1 lbground beef
  • 1 jarspaghetti sauce
  • 1 boxspaghetti
  • 1/2 cupricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cupsour cream
  • 1salt, pepper, parsley
  • 1parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook ground beef. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce, mix together, and simmer on low.

  2. 2

    Cook spaghetti. Drain.

  3. 3

    Mix together ricotta cheese, sour cream, and seasonings.

  4. 4

    Stir spaghetti into ricotta cheese mixture. Toss well.

  5. 5

    Cover bottom of casserole with half of beef/spaghetti mix.

  6. 6

    Cover with spaghetti mix.

  7. 7

    Top with rest of beef/sauce mix.

  8. 8

    Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

  9. 9

    Cover. Bake 45min. @ 350°.
