1 can(15oz) cannelloni beans, rinsed and drained
1 mediumSweet potato, peeled and cut in half
2 mediumCarrots, peeled
3 tbspUnsweetened Apple sauce
1 tbspPure maple syrup
1 tbspPacket light brown sugar
2 tbspMelted butter

In a medium pot, boil the sweet potato and carrots until soft. Remove from water

Add the rest of ingredients to the veggies and mash to desired consistency.

This makes a large amount of food. Keep in airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze.
