Ingredients

  1. 1 can(15oz) cannelloni beans, rinsed and drained
  2. 1 mediumSweet potato, peeled and cut in half
  3. 2 mediumCarrots, peeled
  4. 3 tbspUnsweetened Apple sauce
  5. 1 tbspPure maple syrup
  6. 1 tbspPacket light brown sugar
  7. 2 tbspMelted butter

  1. 1

    In a medium pot, boil the sweet potato and carrots until soft. Remove from water

  2. 2

    Add the rest of ingredients to the veggies and mash to desired consistency.

  3. 3

    This makes a large amount of food. Keep in airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze.
