  • 1 cupYellow corn meal
  • 1/2 cupFlour
  • 1 pinchBlack pepper
  • 1 tspBaking powder
  • 1/3 cupJalape?o
  • 2Slightly beaten eggs
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 1 sliceButter melted
  • 1/2 cup2% milk
  • Hot oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredient together until it forms a ball pulling away from the side of the bowl.

  2. 2

    Use a small ice cream scoop or spoon to form small balls and drop into hot grease.

  3. 3

    When they are golden brown and floating remove allow to drain and enjoy.
