Steps

Clean the fish in fish shop.

Add the soya sauce, oil, lemon juice, coriander, cumin and black pepper.

Marinate the fish for full night or few hours before cooking if you in hurry.

Add the minced garlic inside the fish , slice of lemon and the rest under the fish.

Cut the vegetables mix with oil and salt and black pepper.

Put in baking dish or morocian tajine..

For 180 for 40 minutes in tajine will take more 11/2 hour or until done.

Serve it with rice and tehena.
