  1. 500 gmspotatoes
  2. 300 gmsghee
  3. 300 gmssugar
  4. Dry fruits

    Boil potatoes

  2. 2

    Mash it

  3. 3

    Take a karhaayi add ghee and mashed potatoes

  4. 4

    Cook it minimum in half and hour after half and hour cook it 5 min in high flame. Then colour in brown shade add sugar and add dry fruit at last
