Steps

Soak cashews in hot water for 15 minutes.

Wash and chop fenugreek leaves.

Boil green peas with a pinch of salt and sugar.

Put ginger,garlic,green chillies,onion and cashews in a mixer and grind to smooth paste.

Take a pan.Add oil.Put cumin seeds and all dry spices.Saute for a minute.

Add Asafoetida and cashew onion paste.Saute till raw smell goes away.

Add turmeric,salt,garam masala and salt.Mix well.

Add fenugreek leaves.Mix.Cover and cook for 5 minutes or till fenugreek is cooked.

Then add lemon juice,sugar,boiled peas.Also add cream.

Mix everything well.If needed add 2 tbsp milk to adjust consistency.

Serve hot with roti,naan or paratha.
