Start cooking the bacon. I use a bacon wave so the turkey bacon gets crispy and breaks well. Also the grease drips off the bacon.

Start the rice. Using a rice cooker is best. You will need approx. 3/4c to 1 cup of white rice per person.
However if you need to make more than 4 cups I suggest breaking it up, that way the rice cooks evenly.
If you are boiling the rice on the stove, prepare as the instructions dictate. - 3
Once the rice is done dish it out and start cooking the eggs. You will need 1-2 scrambled eggs per bowl.

Add the egg on top of the rice. Add shredded cheese and crush the bacon on top.

Add other items to taste such as hot sauce, tomatoes, peppers, etc
