Ingredients

30 mins
  • 250 gramsstrawberry
  • 1/2 cupdigestive biscuits(crushed)
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1 tbspmelted butter
  • 170 gramscream cheese
  • 1/4 cupsour cream
  • 1/2 cupheavy cream
  • 1/3 cupsugar
  • 1 smallmint leaf as garnishing

  1. 1

    slice strawberry and put into a bowl. Sprinkle with 1/2 tablespoon of sugar. Set aside

  2. 2

    Crush digestive biscuits. add melted butter and 1/2 tablespoon of sugar into crumbs. Mix and set aside.

  3. 3

    Beat cheese cream with hand mixer until smooth. Add sour cream and icing sugar. Beat until combined.

  4. 4

    In another bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. pour into cream cheese and fold with spatula.

  5. 5

    Layer biscuits, cream cheese and strawberry. Sprinkle the top with some more crumbs and garnish with strawberries and a mint leaf. Refrigerate until ready to serve
