My absolute favorite meal. My mom would make a whole 5 lb. stuffed veal breast for my dad & me. Her and my brother wouldn't touch it (only because they didn't like veal.)

My absolute favorite meal. My mom would make a whole 5 lb. stuffed veal breast for my dad & me. Her and my brother wouldn't touch it (only because they didn't like veal.)

Potato Kugel Directions:

Peel and cut potatoes into quarters
- 3
Peel onion and cut into quarters

Place eggs, potatoes, onion and oil into a blender. Blend until mixture is the consistency of applesauce. Pour the mixture into a large mixing bowl.

Add flour, mix with rubber spatula

Add salt and pepper to taste

Veal Breast Directions:

Preheat oven to 300?F

Rub veal breast cavity with garlic, salt and pepper (enough to cover cavity (be careful not to over salt or over pepper))

Fill veal breast cavity evenly with potato kugel (do not pack too tightly as the stuffing swells)

Bake 35 minutes per pound (5 lb veal breast should take approx. 3 hours)
