2 lbpork neck, 1/2 inch thick wide slabs
3 tbspgrated palm sugar or 1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tbspoyster sauce
1 tbspfish sauce
2 tbspwhisky, brandy or rum (optinal)

Mix ingredients together and marinade pork for at least 2 hours.

Grill, slice and serve with Thai Jaew sauce.

edit: added 1/2 cup water and pinch of baking soda. marinate 1 hr.
