Homemade Chili (for people who dislike the oversold idea that there has to be beans in chili)

chop peppers and onion and cook over stove with basil and vegetable oil( do not overcook, a little bit of crunch gives the overall chili a great texture)

cook ground beef or turkey burger til browned, seasoning to desired flavor
- 3
combine all canned ingredients, burger, and vegetables in pot
- 4
place pot on stove set to low, cover, and stir occasionally
- 5
if you have minute rice place in pot with combine ingredients, if you have organic rice bring to a boil then add to mixture

when the mixture starts to boil add sour cream, stir for 2 minutes
- 7
recover pot until chili is of desired temperature, then reduce heat and serve
