Black Raspberry Buckle
if you love black raspberries then you need to try this.
Steps

Preheat oven to 375°F

Mix half of the margarine and half of sugar. Then add in egg and vanilla. Combine 1 cup flour, baking powder and salt.

Add mixes alternately with milk to creamed mixture. Starting and ending with dry ingredients.

Pour into a greased 9 inches square baking dish with black raspberries.

Combine remaining sugar, flour and nutmeg. Cut in remaining butter until the texture of cornmeal. Sprinkle over black raspberries.

Bake 40-45 mins. Cool slightly before serving. Good served with vanilla ice cream.
