  • 200 gmsabudana soaked and drained
  • Half cup roasted and crushed peenuts
  • Half cup Small size fried potatoes
  • Some chopped green chilli and corriender
  • 1 tspgraded ginger
  • 1/2 tspjeera
  • to tasteSea salt
  • 2 tbspdesi ghee

  1. 1

    Put gee in a pan and fry jeera, ginger.

  2. 2

    Mix soaked sabudana, cook continually by adding salt, chilli and corriender as well.when the colour of sabudana become slightly transparent, put the flame off.

  3. 3

    Mix fried potatoes and peanut, you can add some lamon juice as well.

  4. 4

    Serve with green chatny.
