1 cupwhole wheat flour
2 cupwhite flour
1 tspsalt
1/3 cupvegetable oil
1 cupwarm water

Combine all ingredients. Mix until they form a ball.

Divide into 16 pieces. Allow to sit for 15 minutes.

Roll oit on a floured board. 6-7 inches.

Cook on hot, dry griddle for max of 1 minute per side.

Eat immediately or store and rewarm
