Peel, wash and pressure cook with enough water for 2 whistles.

Allow it to cool.

If water is their ; cook till it dries..

In a pan, put ghee and saute gajar for few minutes.

Add elachi powder, kesar strands and sugar.

Mix and cook till sugar is dissolved completely.

Adjust the taste.

Garnish with golden cashews.

Serve cold ; warm or hot.
