Cream margarine and sugar together

Add flour, coconut and baking powder

Dissolve cocoa in 1/4 cup boiling water and add to the mixture

Roll mixture into a small balls about the size of marble press criss-cross with a fork to flatten on a greased pan

Bake in a oven at 180'c for 10-15 minutes

Sandwich together when cold with butter icing or chocolate obtained by melting a slab of milk chocolate over low heat
