Ingredients

1 can(4 cups or 796 ml) pure mashed pumpkin
4eggs slightly beaten
2 cupbrown sugar
1 tspground nutmeg
2 tspground cinnamon
1/2 tspground ginger
1/2 tspground cloves
1 tspsalt
3/4 cupevaporated milk
3/4 cupheavy or half and half cream
2deep 9 inch unbaked pie shells

Preheat oven to 425

Mix together thoroughly brown sugar, spices and salt

Stir in eggs

Add pumpkin and mix until well blended

Sir in milk and cream until well combined

Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350 and bake for 30 - 35 minutes longer
