Ingredients

  1. 1 can(4 cups or 796 ml) pure mashed pumpkin
  2. 4eggs slightly beaten
  3. 2 cupbrown sugar
  4. 1 tspground nutmeg
  5. 2 tspground cinnamon
  6. 1/2 tspground ginger
  7. 1/2 tspground cloves
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 3/4 cupevaporated milk
  10. 3/4 cupheavy or half and half cream
  11. 2deep 9 inch unbaked pie shells

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 425

  2. 2

    Mix together thoroughly brown sugar, spices and salt

  3. 3

    Stir in eggs

  4. 4

    Add pumpkin and mix until well blended

  5. 5

    Sir in milk and cream until well combined

  6. 6

    Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350 and bake for 30 - 35 minutes longer
