In pan with oil stri fry pounded paste with curry leaf then add okra and cover lid for 2 minute in low heat

Add dash of salt and only stir 2 time to mix well (over stirring can cause okra to be slimmy)then cover lid again for another 2

Add rice cooked rice with seasoning and fold gently to mix well cover lid again for another 2 minute then off heat
- 4
Mix well the fried rice by now the okra is soft and tender and almost dry (not slimmy)
