Steps

Wash and soak rice 30 minutes in water

Cook rice in more than one cup milk till done

Take a pan and put sugarcane juice and boil it till than while scum is floting on it and remove all scum from it and filter it from tea stainer

Once the rice get cooked, add stained sugar cane juice and elaichi let it simmer till most of the juice gets evaporated and you get a thick syrupy consistency.

Serve chilled and put dry fruits in it to give a look
