1 cupchopeed methi
2green chilli chopped
salt to taste
1/2 tspajwain
2 cupMakki atta
For dough making lookwarm water
Oil as needed for shallow frying

Chop methi ko wash ke le

Bowl main all ingredients mix ke garam pani se dough soft dough ready ke le.

Polythene le kar makki atta dough ka ball bana ke dry makki ka atta laga ke roti bana le.
4

Hot tawa parmakki ki roti dal ke both side se oil laga ke shallow fry ke le.
