Gatte banane ke liye 1bowl me Besan lenge aur isme salt haldi chilli powder oil dal lenge phir isme water mix kar iska kada ata bana lenge.

Besan ke ate ko lambe patle belan ke aakar me bana lenge.

Ab1 pan me pani garam kar usme ise medium heat par gas pe approx 10min. Ke liye paka lenge.

Ab chalni me chankar pani aur gatte ko alag kar lenge. Ab aate ke chote chote tukde kar lenge. Gatte sabji ke liye taiyar hain.

Grevi ke liye 1pan me oil Garam karenge. Phir hing Jeera Rai curry patte Sabut mirch se tadka laga lenge.

Dahi me haldi chilli powder dhania powder salt water mix kar lenge aur tadke ke baad ise pan me dalkar tab tak chalayenge jab tak ye khadkane na lage nahi to dahi phat jayega kyoki isme salt pahle hi dala hua hai. Grevi ke khadkane ke baad isme gatte mix kar lenge aur phir low flame pe ise Thodi der rakhane ke baad gas band kar lenge aur chopped coriander dal kar ise mix kar lenge.
