2eggs
2 cupsvegetable oil
2balls of pepper
1/2ball of onion
Handfull spinach

Peel,wash and slice irish,fry in a preheated oil till its well fried.

Whisk egg,preheat 3 spoons of oil, add diced onion,pepper and spinach allow to fry for some second add salt to egg and pour into frying pan leave for 3 minutes.

Serve in a clean plate.
