  1. 1 cuphara chana
  2. 1/2 cupbesan
  3. 2green chilli (chopped)
  4. 1/2 tspfennel seeds
  5. 1/2 tspwhole coriander
  6. 1/2 tspsesame seeds
  7. 1 tbspred chilli
  8. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  9. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  10. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  11. 1/4 tsplemon juice
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Hara chana ko chopper ki help se dardara pees le.

  2. 2

    Hare chane me sare ingredients mix karke kaaba ka shape de.

  3. 3

    Garam oil me medium high par deep fry karein. Chaat masala sprinkle karke tomato sauce ke sath serve karein.
