Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 eachBoneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 mediumGreen pepper (chopped)
  • 1 mediumRed pepper (chopped)
  • 1 mediumOnion (chopped)
  • 1 canRotel
  • 1 packagesTaco Seasoning
  • 1as needed Lime
  • 1as needed Shredded cheese
  • 1as needed Sour cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine chicken, peppers, onion, seasoning, Rotel into crock pot

  2. 2

    Cook on high for 2-3 hours or until chicken is no longer pink

  3. 3

    Remove chicken and shred into small pieces. Place pieces back in and allow to cook for an extra 30 mins.

  4. 4

    Serve and add dressings as needed
