Ingredients

  1. 2yellow onions
  2. 2green peppers
  3. 2 lbground beef
  4. 5 cloveminced garlice
  5. 2 tbspsugar
  6. 1 tbspbasil
  7. 1/2 tsporegano
  8. 28 ozcan stewed tomatoes
  9. 28 ozcan crushed tomatoes
  10. 1salt & pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop onions & green peppers

  2. 2

    Brown beef with onions, green peppers, and garlic; drain

  3. 3

    In blender blend tomatoes, sugar, basil, oregano until smooth

  4. 4

    Mix beef mixture and sauce in sauce pan and simmer 40 minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve over favorite pasta and enjoy
