Have to admit I never cooked much until lately and it's trial and error for me. I only used a 1/2 c. ketchup and 1/2 c. water. Turned out OK but prob could have used more ketchup. So for this recipe here I increased the ketchup.

Ingredients

1 hour

1 lbground round
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tsppepper
1/2chopped onion
1 cupketchup
1/2 cupwater
1egg
1Quick Oats

Steps

1 hour

Preheat oven to 350.

mix ketchup, water and beaten egg
3

put salt, pepper, onion and ketchup mixture in mixing bowl w/ meat
4

add enough Quick Oats to make textured
5

mix well w/ hand
6

bake 45 min. to 1 hour. until brown
