1 tbspRed Curry Paste
1 tbspFish Sauce
2 tspSugar
2lime juice and zest
2Portobello Mushroom diced
2Cooked Chicken Breast Shredded
1 bunchgreen onions

pour stock into saucepan and stir in curry paste, fish sauce, sugar, lime and zest. bring to boil

add mushrooms and onions. cover and simmer for 2 minutes.

stir in chicken. simmer for 5 minutes.

serve soup garnished with green part of onions
