Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 3 mediumCarrots
  2. 2 cloveGarlic
  3. 1Onion (I used red onion)
  4. 2Leek Stalks
  5. 3Fresh Tomatos
  6. 1Chicken Cube
  7. 1Pepper and basil to taste
  8. 1Parsley to taste
  9. 1 canChickpeas (about 400grams)

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and dice carrots, onion, garlic, tomatos and leek

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok

  3. 3

    Add onions and fry till glazed

  4. 4

    Add carrots and fry till softened

  5. 5

    Add leek and mix well

  6. 6

    Add chicken cube

  7. 7

    Add tomatos and mix well

  8. 8

    Season with pepper and basil

  9. 9

    Add chickpeas

  10. 10

    Let sit for a moment and finish with some parsley

  11. 11

    It is important to stir a lot to mix everything well but you also have to let it rest every once in a while to really cook through
