Ingredients

3/4 cupVegetable oil
1 1/2 cupSugar
3Eggs
3 cupFlour
5 largeBananas, mashed
1 1/2 tspSoda
3/4 tspSalt
3/4 tspBaking powder
4 1/2 tbspMilk
1 1/2 tspVanilla
1 cupChopped pecans

Beat together oil and sugar

Add beaten eggs and bananas.

Blend well.

Sift flour, soda, salt and baking powder.

Add to banana mixture with milk and vanilla.

Bake in greased loaf pan @ 350 for 1 hour.

Cool well and store in an air-tight container.
