Wash palak properly

Blanch the palak by soaking in it hot boiling water for 10 minutes then drain it and blend it

In a pan put ghee and heat it

Now add cumin seed, bay leaf, cordam chopped onion, chilli, garlic and Ginger stir well cook 3-4 minutes

Now add turmeric powder chilli powder and coriander powder and cream stir well

Now add blend palk, salt and 1/2 cup of water and sprinkle pepper powder stir well

Cover with lead cook for 4-5 minutes in meduim flame

Now lahsuni palak is ready

Garnish with fried chopped garlic

Serve with lachcha paratha.
