    Pehle bengan ko oil lagakar gas par rakh de bhunne ke liye

    Fir jab bengan bhun jaye to ise paani me rakh de thanda hone ke liye

    Barik pyaaj or tamatar kaat le or hara dhaniya

    Ek kadai me oil garam karein usme jira dale jab jira bhun jaye to kte huye pyaaj daal kar brun hone tak bhun le

    Fir tamar daal de kte or tamar ko pakne de

  7. 7

    Ab isme matar daal de or matar ko pakne de 5 minute ke liye dhak de

  8. 8

    Ab bengan ko mash kar ke isme daal kar achhe se mix kar le

  9. 9

    Ab sare masale daal kar 5 minute achhe se masale ko paka le

  10. 10

    Fir 10 minute low flame par pakne ke liye rakh de bich bich me chalate rahe

  11. 11

    Ab isme hara dhaniya daal de tyar hai bengan matar ka bharta
