1 tspsalt
1/2 cupbaking cocoa
2 tspvanilla
2 tbspvinegar
2/3 cupoil
2 cupcold water
topping
1powdered sugar or icing of choice

Preheat oven to 350°F Fahrenheit

Grease a 9x13 pan

Blend all ingredients and pour into pan
4

Bake for 45 min or until toothpick comes out clean (baking time depends on the pan being used)
5

Once cooled spread icing, if desired, or cut and remove piece then add powdered sugar to ones preference
