Preheat oven to 350°F.

Whisk the Egg Replacer with 1/4 cup warm water in a shall bowl until frothy, then set aside.

Stir together the whole wheat pastry and white whole wheat flours, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.

In another bowl mix applesauce, agave nectar, milk, vanilla, and lemon juice. Stir this mixture into flour mixture just enough to combine. Use a spatula to gently fold in the berries.

Bake for 25 minutes until golden and a wooden pick comes up clean. Let cool completely before removing from the pans.
