Ingredients

1 kgPotato
2Tomato finely chopped
2Onion finely chopped
1/2 tspSmall Ginger finely chopped
1/2 tspjeera
to tasteSalt
1/4 tspRed chilli powder
1/2 tspTurmeric powder
as neededOil

Steps

First take potato peel and cut into small cubes.

Take a pan, heat oil, add jeera, and roast onion and tomato well.

Add all dry masale, and cover for 10 minute.

Ready to eat, serve with hot.
