  1. 1steak (marinated in your favorite)
  2. 1 mediumonion, chopped
  3. 1 packagesmushrooms
  4. 1 loaffresh French bread with garlic cloves
  5. 1 sticksmoked mozzarella
  6. 1 packagesblue cheese
  7. olive oil
  8. herb butter

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    Grill steak until medium rare, then let rest.

  2. 2

    Sauté mushrooms and onions in olive oil

  3. 3

    Slice bread and lightly butter

  4. 4

    Slice steak, place strip of steak, onions and mushrooms on bread. Top with either cheese

  5. 5

    Put under medium broil until cheese is golden
