1/2 cupmix-ins (e.g. nuts, dried fruit, chocolate chips, vanilla)

Roast the banana at 350°F until the peel is blackened.

Peel and mash up the banana

Mix in oats and mix-ins
4

Pour onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment and shape into a rectangle

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes

Cool completely and cut into bars
