  1. 1banana
  2. 1 cuprolled oats
  3. 1/2 cupmix-ins (e.g. nuts, dried fruit, chocolate chips, vanilla)

  1. 1

    Roast the banana at 350°F until the peel is blackened.

  2. 2

    Peel and mash up the banana

  3. 3

    Mix in oats and mix-ins

  4. 4

    Pour onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment and shape into a rectangle

  5. 5

    Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes

  6. 6

    Cool completely and cut into bars

  7. 7
