Ingredients

2-4 persons
  1. 1 cupDried Kaersangri -
  2. 1/2 tspJeera -
  3. 1/4 tspCiba hing -
  4. 1/2 tspAmchoor -
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. Dry whole red chilli - 1-2 no
  7. 1/2 tspLal mirchi powder -
  8. 1/2 tspDhania powder -
  9. 1/2 tspCiba haldi -
  10. 1 tspCiba achari masala -
  11. 1 tspMustard oil -

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak dried herbs kaersangri overnight.

    Boil by putting little salt.

    In a wok put oil and bring it to smoking point.

  4. 4

    Now add jeera and hing. Add dry red chilli.

  5. 5

    Add haldi and put boiled kaersangri. Mix well.

    Add salt red mirchi powder dhania powder achari masala and amchoor.

  7. 7

    Mix well and cook for 2 mins.

  8. 8

    Serve hot with puri/paratha.
