Red Wine Chocolate Mini Muffins
Chocolate plus wine equals pure decadence

Grease your muffin tray or place some muffin casings. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.

Get your ingredients ready

Get your dry ingredients ready and sift them.

Beat your eggs in a different bowl. Slowly add the sugar till everything mixes well. Add vanilla extract at this point.

Create a well on the bowl with dry ingredients and gently add in your wet ingredients. Add in halves.

Fold in gently and start adding your wine a little at a time. You might not end using all the wine.

Mix everything well to a fine consistency.

Pour your batter on your muffin tray and bake for about 20-25 min.

For the frosting:Mix the butter, melted chocolate and some icing sugar. Add in the wine slowly to form a smooth consistency that can be piped. Get creative and decorate your muffins.
