1 tbspHerb of choice
1 cupSugar
1 cupWater

Gather your herb of choice. (Examples: Lavender, Red Clover, Basil, Thyme, Rosemary...)

Bring sugar and water to boil in small saucepan.

Add herbs (fresh or dried) to pan

Reduce heat and let simmer 10-15 minutes

Remove from heat. Syrup will thicken as it cools.
