What to do with leftover fresh savoy cabbage, pancetta and chestnuts that are coming up to their use by date. 😀😀 #lunchideas
Steps

First cube the pancetta add to a deep pan or wok, cook until almost crispy.

In the meantime chop an onion finely and add to the pancetta once it has released its fat. Saute the onions until they are glazed in appearance.

Add the coconut milk to simmering point
- 4
Chop the cabbage into fine pieces,add to the pan.
- 5
Add the stock cube and salt and pepper
- 6
Add some dumplings to taste, here I used ready made organic dumplings for ease.
