Steps

Soaked chane in water over night.

Add chane in cooker,and boiled it.

Heat oil in a wok add hing and cumin bay leaf when crackle add onion and saute it.

Now add tomato puree and spices saute till leave the oil.

Now add boiled chane and potatoes,cover and cook on low flame for 15minutes.

Serve with rice/roti.
