Ingredients

  1. 4boneless skinless chicken breast
  2. 1/3 cupoil
  3. 19 ozCan pineapple chunks
  4. Sauce
  5. 3/4 cupWhite sugar
  6. 2 tbspcornstarch
  7. 3/4 cupvinegar
  8. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  9. 1/4 tspginger
  10. 1 packageschicken bouillon

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut chicken into bite size pieces.

  2. 2

    Roll chicken in seasoned flour.

  3. 3

    Add oil to pan and brown chicken pieces.

  4. 4

    Add water to drained pineapple juice to make 1 1/4 cups liquid.

  5. 5

    Can use chicken stock instead of water and bouillon.

  6. 6

    Combine sauce ingredients in pan and heat.
