4boneless skinless chicken breast
1/3 cupoil
19 ozCan pineapple chunks
Sauce
3/4 cupWhite sugar
2 tbspcornstarch
3/4 cupvinegar
1 tbspsoy sauce
1/4 tspginger
1 packageschicken bouillon

Steps

1

Cut chicken into bite size pieces.

Roll chicken in seasoned flour.
3

Add oil to pan and brown chicken pieces.
4

Add water to drained pineapple juice to make 1 1/4 cups liquid.
5

Can use chicken stock instead of water and bouillon.
6

Combine sauce ingredients in pan and heat.
