4boneless skinless chicken breast
2 tbspsoy sauce
3/4 cupketchup
3/4 cupwater
1onion
1/2 cupBrown sugar
2 tbspvinegar
1salt and pepper
1 tspgarlic powder

Steps

Cut chicken into bite size pieces.

Place chicken in 9x13 dish.

Dice onion and add to chicken.

Mix sauce and heat until combined.

Pour over chicken.

Bake at 350° for 1.5-2 hours.

Can thicken with a bit of water and cornstarch towards end if needed.
