Wash the rice and soak for 10 min.

Wash the methi leaves

Add oil and heat it.ADD cumin seeds and wait till they crackle

Add salt, red chilli and black pepper powder

Add methi leaves and mix it.

Add water.

Add rice and lemon juice and mix well.

When water starts to boiling,turn flame to low

Cover the pan three- fourth with lid

Cook rice till softened and serve hot.
