put tomato, garlic, jalapeno, bullion and onion in blender with 2 cups water and blend till smooth

in fry pan heat oil and add salsa from blender and rest of water, cook till boiling then add veggie protein and let simmer till veggie protein become soft.

I came up with this recipe one day when my neighbor came home with a 30 lb bag of the stuff and Absolutely no idea what to do with it.. It is a way that vegitarian and vegan people can have chicharones as it taste very similar.
