  • 1 packagesFully cooked pork carnitas
  • 1 packagesHEB That Green Sauce
  • 1 cupsour cream
  • 1 packagescorn or flour tortillas, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 canborracho or charro beans
  • 1 canyellow hominy or corn
  • 8 ozshredded Mexican blend cheese

    Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. 2

    Heat carnitas according to package directions. Place carnitas, including any juice, in a mixing bowl. add green sauce and sour cream ; stir to combine.

  3. 3

    Spread tortillas pieces over bottom of dish. Layer beans and hominy over tortillas. Spoon sauce mixture over top; sprinkle with cheese.

  4. 4

    Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes or until casserole is hot and bubbly. Remove from oven.
