1/2 cupchopped spring garlic
1/2 cupspring onion
as taste salt
1/4 tsp ajwain
1chopped green chilli
2 pinchred chilli
2 ballatta dough
shallow frying oil

Chop spring onion and spring garlic main all ingredients mix kar le.

Atta balls ko flat ke stuffing dale second roti se cover ke fork se seal ke le.

Dry atta laga kar rolling pin se flat kle.

Heat tawa par dale oil laga kar both sides se fry ke le.
5

Serve karein.
