Palak ko achi Tarah se wash kar ke boiled water me dalke 3 min tak blanch karein fir leaves ko strain kar ke thande pani se cool kar ke coriander leaves and cumin ke saath paste banale.

Kadhai me oil butter-1 tsp dale fir onion, ginger, garlic and green chilli paste and ko dalke saute karein fir palak paste ko dalke saute karein fir salt and little sugar add kar ke 1tbsp grated coconut dalke ache se saute karein.

Aur ek kadhai me oil garam kar ke cauliflower ke pieces me sare basic masale like salt, chilli, haldi, garam masala powder add kar ke achi Tarah se mix karein cornflour add karein aur oil me fry karein fir nikalke tissue paper me oil ko soak karein.

Palak me ready Kiya hua fried cauliflowers ko mix karein and upar se grated coconut ko garnish karein aur yummy palak mix sabji serve karein
