1 cup methi chopped
as taste salt
1 green chilli chopped
2pinch red chilli
1/4 tsp ajwain
2 tspchat masala
1bal atta dough
oil as needed for shallow fry

Methi ko saaf ke chop ke wash ke le dry ke le.

All ingredients mix ke le.

Atta ball ko flat ke methi ki stuffing fill ke roll ke le.

Hot tawa par both sidesoil spreadk crispy parantha serve karein.
